Asset Securitization of TES

A. Overview

We are a social enterprise making much efforts on social responsibility investment (SRI) of “Inventing New Industry for Creating New Jobs”. New industry is termed as a new tech-economic system – “The Electronic Store System” (The eStore System, TES). Linda Din, the President of K-Horn Science Inc. won “Steering the E-Commerce” at APEC 1998 based on the said invention, in order to implement the United States President Bill Clinton’s “E-Commerce Executive Order”; in the following years, we continued to achieve "Contactless/ Cashless/ ICT/ IPR/ Micro Business/ RFID/ Satellite Support and other initiatives" in APEC, and further achieved a major e-commerce industry across the century. Since "Cashless System" in TES has been adopted globally, so "Asset Securitization of TES" is planned.

B. Description

For the sake of resolving structural social problems, we invented "Contactless-tech" and "Cashless" transaction system to form "The eStore System" (TES), gained the APEC E-Commerce bill, and even established "Global Channel-TES" to win the APEC Best Practice of strengthening the economic society to achieve the digital economy and lay the foundation for AI development. Our inventions have been cited by well-known multinational companies (MNCs) such as Disney/ Hitachi/ IBM/ Panasonic/ VISA/ Wal-Mart and etc.

TES is a new tech-economic system that invented "Contactless-Tech/ Cashless/ Power Chip/ TranSmart Chip/ RF Transmitter/VAM & eStore/ TSCM/ ICT/ 3C/ EC/ Interphone/ ATM/ TRD/ Entry Security Device/ ETC/ Shopping System----" for resolving the structural social problems. Based on the above inventions, winning "Steering the E-Commerce", Best Practice, Incubator, Hygiene Initiative, Satellite Support Initiatives of APEC, they have become people’s daily needs in the 21st century.

The TranSmart chip card and its transmission reading device (TRD) invented by us are widely used in worldwide transaction and identification places with more than US$ 30 trillion to benefit the merchants. When reported to former President Lee Teng-hui, he said that "This is a major reform in finance and technology." So it was called "Fintech".

Fig 4: TranSmart Chip and TRD form a Golden-Net

The invention of TES started from a very ordinary event -- the tragedy of "taxi driver being robbed" reported in the news in 1986; however, this event became the catalyst for Linda Din to create a contactless cashless transaction system. 11 years later, she actually brought her research and development results to APEC in Vancouver to attract attention, and then promoted the E-Commerce Bill when she was a speaker at APEC 1998. This innovative technology quickly attracted attention around the world and changed the world's payment methods and business models. The invention of TES not only subverted the payment method for public transportation, but also had a profound impact on the field of e-commerce, enabling the global tech-economic system to rapidly evolve and laying the foundation for the development of artificial intelligence.

Definition: Any place that uses a cashless system for transactions can be called an "electronic store" (eStore) -- including "1) fixed stores or VAMs; 2) mobile taxis; 3) ICT control center."

Market: APEC's 21 economies have a GDP of about US$60 trillion, its annual cashless transaction volume was approximately US$ 22 trillion, and a total of 2.9 billion people. About 1,000 people can set up an eStore, and there are about 2 million eStores in the market to create 2 million job opportunities, and further achieve the initiative of  “One eStore One Business One Job” we advocated in APEC.

Market Application Example

We invented TES based on “Universal Concern”, hosting over a hundred seminars and forums in the 1990s. We also gained the legal foundations for e-commerce at APEC, an “Achievement Presentation” was held on June 2, 2000, published works (books) and widely promoted our ideas, enabling everyone to easily enter this cross-century industry and use it conveniently every day.

The entertainment giant Disney, needing to transform and upgrade, announced in 2008 that it would invest $1 billion to improve its theme parks’ ticketing and shopping systems. By 2013, they finally introduced the MagicBand, which paired with reading devices to optimize user experience.

Disney coincidentally utilized our inventions of the “TranSmart chip along with its TRD (transaction reading device), ESD (Entry Security Device), VAM (Vending Machine Operated By A Chip Card), Shopping System, and TSCM (transmission supply chain management software system)”, They finally improved their defects and optimized the user experience.

Due to the rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI), the infrastructure for application of “Global Channel-TES (The eStore System)” which we invented has been improved; consequently, an “Asset Securitization of TES” has been planned to raise the SRI Fund to launch the operating activities. There are three fundraising options:

Option 1: Pre-sale the eStores;

Option 2: Equity Release;

Option 3: IPRs.
